Register a return
Email your order number to service@susudio.com. You'll receive a return label and instructions.
Conditions
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, we'll refund you within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Return costs
Returns within the EU are free. Outside the EU, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
