You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Unworn items with tags attached can be returned by mail, free of charge within the EU.
Return window
30 days from the day you receive your order. This exceeds the 14-day statutory EU withdrawal period.
Register a return
Email your order number to service@susudio.com. You'll receive a return label and instructions within one business day.
Conditions
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, we'll refund you within 5 business days — and no later than 14 days — via the original payment method, including the original standard shipping cost.
Return costs
Returns within the EU are free of charge; we provide the return label. Outside the EU, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
Register your return and place a new order for the correct size; we refund the returned item as soon as it arrives.
Faulty items
Received something damaged or incorrect? Email us within 14 days with photos and we'll cover all costs of replacement or refund.
