Agreement
A sales agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email.
Prices and availability
Prices include VAT. In case of an evident pricing error or a sold-out item, we may cancel the order and issue an immediate refund.
Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind; see Returns & Refunds.
Warranty and liability
Statutory conformity applies. Our liability is limited to the order amount.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
