Delivery times
All orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. Transit after dispatch: Netherlands and Belgium 1–2 business days, Germany and Austria 2–4, France, Spain, Italy and Ireland 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs
Netherlands and Belgium: free. Germany, Austria and France: € 9.95. Spain, Italy and Ireland: € 12.95. Rest of the world: € 24.95, free on orders over € 500. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay — no surcharges are added afterwards.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. Transit is 5–12 business days after dispatch, with track & trace on every parcel.
Duties and import taxes
Orders outside the EU are shipped DDU: import duties and local taxes are charged by the carrier on delivery and are not included in our prices. EU orders include VAT and never carry extra charges.
Track & trace
As soon as your order leaves the atelier, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Changing your order
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can adjust the size or address. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
