How we determine our prices and which payment methods you can use.
Payment methods
iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna and Apple Pay.
Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-certified provider. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported automatically when your device has them set up.
Apple Pay & Google Pay
Quick, wallet-based checkout using the card saved on your phone or laptop. Available wherever Apple Pay or Google Pay is active and a supported card is linked.
Klarna
Choose Pay in 30 days or Pay in 3 instalments at checkout. Klarna performs a soft credit check that does not affect your score. The full terms are shown by Klarna before you confirm the payment.
iDEAL
A direct online bank transfer for Netherlands-based customers. You authorise the payment through your own banking app or website — no card needed.
Bancontact
A direct online bank payment for Belgium-based customers. You approve the transaction via your Bancontact app or bank card reader.
Currency
Prices are normally shown and charged in euros. Visitors from the United Kingdom see prices in GBP and are charged in GBP by Stripe.
Pricing
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Pricing is based on material costs, small production runs and fair margins — no inflated recommended retail prices.
Taxes and import duties
Within the EU, you'll never pay extra. Outside the EU, import duties may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
Secure payment
Payments are processed via a certified payment provider. We do not store any card details.
